Cognac House Hennessy held a private dinner Hennessy X.O


On November 30, Four Seasons Hotel Baku hosted a private event organized by HENNESSY Cognac House and NARGIS Magazine.

At the beginning of the event, cocktails made with Hennessy V.S.O.P cognac, in combination with pomegranate syrup and red vermouth, were waiting for the guests. Then the guests were invited to the hall, where a gastronomic dinner took place.

The guests were greeted by Hennessy Cognac House brand ambassador Vladislav Kudryavtsev, who spoke about the history of Hennessy Cognac House, which dates back to 1765 and is the world leader in the cognac market. The main component of the dinner was Hennessy X.O cognac, which was served both neat and in Thomas Bastide glasses with an ice cube.

At the end of the dinner, the chef and pastry chef of the dinner went out to the guests and talked about the combination of dishes and desserts they prepared with Hennessy X.O.

Then the host Iskender Ibrahim greeted the guests. He spoke about the activities of the NARGIS Magazine, which is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year. The presenter also noted that the auction is of a charitable nature and the funds raised will be transferred to NARGIS FUND to help children in need.

The next part of the event was the auction, during which the artworks of 13 contemporary Azerbaijani artists were presented: Elnara Nasirli, Butunai Hagverdiyev, Tora Agabekova, Zohrab Salamzade, Maryam Akhundova, Nadir Eminov, Orkhan Garayev, Ramina Saadatkhan, Shargiya Rahmanli, Farhad Nikfam, and others. Seven of these paintings went under the hammer.

The evening ended with a performance by a young balaban performer, Nijat Massimov, whose name is included in the "Golden Book" of Azerbaijan's young talents.
